Challenge
When a global property management company needed to move to the cloud, three other cloud migration services companies painted the service to be a complex and costly proposition, thus eroding the financial case for the cloud initiative and causing the whole initiative to stall.
Solution
nDivision provided a project plan to get the initiative off the ground using a simple structured methodology: prioritizing the workloads that were most cost effective and impactful to migrate. The customer was so impressed by our initial engagement that they asked for additional services and contracted with nDivision to manage their full cloud infrastructure.
Results
nDivision has now migrated all of their workloads to the cloud. Rather than hiring two full-time engineers to support the environment, the customer benefited from nDivision’s 24/7coverage for a fraction of the price. Over the months following the initial migration, nDivision also improved the client’s Azure consumption cost through further workload consolidation.
