Challenge
A global law firm with 750 lawyers and 52 fortune 500 clients was managing a global network of on prem data centers via internal IT staff. They saw adopting various cloud services as an opportunity to reduce operational costs; however, with no outside assistance and an overworked internal staff, they lacked the ability to focus efforts on innovation as opposed to general daily operations activities.
Solution

Results
Within the first 8 months of the service, nDivision was able to achieve 73% autonomic resolution on IT incidents, meaning these incidents were being resolved with no human involvement, and the remaining incidents were being handled through a combination of autonomic assistance and nDivision engineers.
